At OH’s Vineyard, we believe every bottle tells a story. Nestled in the heart of Loudoun County, Virginia, we are a family-owned vineyard dedicated to crafting small-batch wines that reflect the character of Virginia’s unique terroir.

Our journey began with a dream rooted in a passion for food, wine, and bringing people together. Six years ago, we took a leap of faith and purchased a vineyard in Loudoun County, making it not only our business but also our home. Today, we live on the property, allowing us to care for our vines every day and stay closely connected to every stage of the winemaking process.

Our vineyard is home to Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, two varietals that thrive in Virginia’s climate. Over the last two years, we have expanded our vineyard by planting additional varietals that inspire us and bring even more diversity to our portfolio of wines.

We are passionate about exploring grapes that showcase the best of Virginia while creating wines that offer something unique for every guest.

To complement our estate-grown fruit, we also partner with select neighboring Virginia vineyards that share our commitment to quality. This allows us to craft wines from both our own vineyard and exceptional locally grown grapes, always with a focus on expressing Virginia’s distinctive terroir.

Meet Waldemar Ortiz (Walo), the visionary vintner behind OH’s Vineyard. Combining a rich culinary background, deep agricultural heritage, and a passion for innovation, Walo’s aspiration is to produce the finest wine in the area and continue elevating Loudoun County’s and Virginia as a premier wine-producing region.
With a deep respect for traditional winemaking and a creative approach, he crafts unique small-batch wines that celebrate Virginia’s terroir with bold, elegant flavors.
